Stoppable traffic violation
On 02/09/2022 a roadside check was carried out with reference to dark tints. Further investigation revealed the tints were 4%, the driver had a revoked driver’s license from 2011 and the vehicle registration had expired. The driver was then arrested and transported to BSO Main Jail for treatment and the vehicle was towed away.

On 02/10/2022, deputies reacted with reference to a domestic battery. The suspect left the residence prior to their arrival.
NW 76th Dr.
A victim alleged that on 10/2/2022, an unknown person smashed the front passenger window of his white Ford Edge, stealing several items. The victim alleged that the vehicle was locked. Upon further investigation, multiple credit and debit cards were found to have been used at a target in Boca Raton. Early. Is. Loss: $255.

On 2/8/2022, a female victim reported that three different credit cards she had canceled were still being used at different locations in Florida.
NW 108th Way
On 11/2/2022 someone reported $400 in grass damage in a swell within a community. The person indicated that a black Jeep Cherokee was parked in the decline, which violates HOA rules. The grass was damaged by the tires of the Jeep. The reporter said the vehicle owner would be charged for the damage.

On 12/2/2022, the filer said a vehicle struck the back of a truck while traveling through an automated car wash.

A store owner was the victim of Theft/Retail/Shoplifting on 02/08/2022. The reporter informed that an unknown man entered the business where he concealed several items and walked out of the store without making payment. Early. Is. Loss: $4,288.
James, Dwayne Anthony, 38, was arrested for driving while Lic Susp 3rd or Subsq Off on Riverside Dr/Holmberg Rd on 02/09/2022.
