The School of Kinesiology and Sports Management Program at the University of Michigan invites applications and nominations for two assistant or associate professors, one specializing in marketing and data analysis, and the other in sports venues. Applicants will be expected to maintain a strong and ongoing research program, secure and maintain extramural funding for an active research program at the University of Michigan, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and conduct effective mentorship of interns. at the undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral levels. levels.
Requirements include a doctorate (Ph.D) in a related field, demonstrated academic independence with published research, undergraduate and graduate student mentoring and teaching, and independent research funding or demonstrated potential to obtain future funding.
